I don't suppose there is a Tosser nearby to Dalgety Bay who happens to have a spare pair of rear disk pads for an 03 1150GSA? I know it is unlikely but I would be immensley grateful and if there was some angel out there?

I will of course reimburse you for the parts and time if you do and can deliver them.

I have ordered new pads from Nippy Norman's but would be happy to take new ones from someone and replace with the new ones when they arrive. I'm heading off to Falkirk for a barbie now but will be happy to come and collect this evening. I'll check my email from my mobile which is <my username here>@o2.co.uk I know it is a slim chance but I live in hope!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that has responded. I got into biking because of the sense of community & camaraderie and you have all proved this to be alive and well. I hope to contribute to this as much as I can in the future, to that end I have a GS911 widget so if anyone near the West Fife area needs their bike diagnosed I am happy to help out. If you bring your bike round I can send you away with a full fault list and a pretty graph of your bike's performance metrics. If your bike is dead I can come round and do it for you on site.
