Do you have these bars fitted to your 1200GS LC?
If so please can you help. Could you have a look at the relationship between your cylinder and the cage of the engine bar frame on both sides of the bike?
Does the cylinder sit centrally in the cage on both sides? Are both sides the same shape?
Mine aren't and on the Right the cylinder sits to the rear of the cage and I've suggested to Motorworks that it may be the wrong part even though it fits the mounting points.
On the left I can get a finger between the cage and the cylinder all the way round but on the right, there's about 2mm clearance at the rear (near the lower cover fixing screw) and at the front I can get my whole arm through
I'm curious to know whether this is a design anomaly or I just have the wrong part

I can report that the L/H side does what it's supposed to though
