As above really. I borrowed this bike from a mate yesterday to go for a ride.
It was a pig to start first thing yesterday, only firing from cold when bumped, and being a pain to start after being switched off for more than a few minutes.
If you tried to start it on the button while it was hot it was no problem at all...
Anyhow, i got home last night and had a shower before trying to return the bike, and now it won't start at all. (nothing to do with me having a shower, more the time it stood).
I've changed the plug, checked the air box and drained the carb. But it still won't start. I'm reluctant to go further into the carb due to the number of wires and anti-tamper screws located on it. I also have no experience of anything this complex
The engine turns over, and theres been a few occasions when it has fired a few times on the kickstart. Alll it seems to do on the button is spin over and pop back through the exhaust.
It's trying to go, but thats about it.
Any suggestions or a link to an online manual would be a big help.
Compared to my old TC610, which is nice and simple, this 450 seems to be about as complicated as the manufacturers could get it...
Thanks in advance...
Nathan
