Help! Street Pilot3

I bought my bike and included was satellite navigator street pilot 3. The chap who sold me the bike didnt give me any software . I phoned Garmin and they sent me the setup disk and city navigator 6. When I loaded it into the computer the mape were very basic. I retrieved the unlock code , applied it but there wasnt any difference in the detail. The BMW shop gave me the city navigator V7 . I paid the fee to unlock the map, applied it but nothing happened again. What am I doing wrong?? Can anyone help?

I assume that you have installed the V7 map into MapSource on your PC and also installed the Unlock Code in MapSource on the PC. OK?

I assume that you have downloaded and installed the latest version of MapSource from Garmins website. OK?

I assume that you mean that you see no map details in MapSource on the PC?

In top center position of your MapSource window there is a scroll list showing the alternatives Lowest-Lower-Low-Medium, etc. Chose "Highest" and you will see all map details.
