help wanted I cannot sign in to bt internet.but i can get the internet through microsoft explorer.If i try and open my e mails i have to sign in which it will not let me.It was working fine this morning.

I tried logging in tonight to their secure server (https://...etc ) and it wouldnt work, so I tried the ordinary one instead (just removed the 's' i.e. http://...blah blah) and got in OK, albeit slowly.
This mightn't be your issue but, hey, worth a try..!

I got a call last night from my brother in law asking if I could pop over today and try and sort out his bt connection. I couldn't get the bottom of his problem but something on the lines of he could only access his email via MSN and not through the normal way.. plus I think he couldn't get web access either (but perhaps somehow through MSN).
Have bt had a general broadband problem? Perhaps there's nothing for me sort out?
