Help with front fork on lc4

Hi

Could someone tell me, what happened at front fork’s top knob, it’s locked, and it hasn’t been moved from any side, the other one works well.

Who is the one to follows to fix that?
I'm owner of ktm lc4 640 model 2004 supermoto version

There's a small ball bearing and spring in the side of it which drops into an indent when you turn it.

It's possibly jammed or a previous owner lost it and glued the top on

You could try gently levering the top off but be careful as the ball is sprung loaded and can fly off........I know this

some days ago both knob worked ON, but the last week appearss stick.
do you have any pic to ilustrate it?
