Hi guys my rear brake binding, looking like a nother nice day spent stripping down the rear caliper, having not done one on a gs are there are speacil ways of bleeding the brakes, :nenau as i have the servo assis brakes, or any pervious links in here i have missed as i cant find them

many thanks Badger :bounce1

You'll need to clean the pistons properly (I use a tooth brush) until they can be pushed in easily with your fingers. Also you need to widthdraw the grey braket from the two pins (just pull it out), clean the pins from rust and crap, grease them and put back together. That should cure it.

If you bleed the brakes from the caliper, don't expect to top up the fluid via the reservoir. The servo will have emptied.

Please search for servo bleeding. It's different from normal brakes .

thanks Steptoe a knowledge of information perhaps you should have your own page for people to post tech questions

cheers Badger
