Help! Wrong peg-lowering kit?

Did Motorworks send the wrong kit? I've got a '02 1150 GS Adventure. The peg blocks worked fine. This is what I have left. The gear link theaded part is an integral part of the socket. No way I can get it to work. The brake adjusting rod is supposed to be much shorter than the original, but its the same length. The bolt and nut on the right is possibly for adjusting the brake pedal height?

Looks as though you ought to give your supplier a phone call to see if they haven't just given a load of old bits and pieces. Did they not supply any written instructions?

Hi, lowering kit



Just lowered mine (thu)...c/o Touretech.

Only needed to adjust/lower brake/gear selectors...mind u the springs where a pain !

Go to the adv www. theres some info on them there.

Couldn't see a way to get the toungalick springs to fit so bodged the originals, far easier.
