I'm trying to think of something to buy me old man for Crimbo. He rides a BMW GS1200 which he absolutely loves so I was wondering if there was anything I could buy him for it? Any help would be mucho appreciated.

Only problem is that bikes are a very personal thing, and unless he's mentioned something you could end up be seeming a bit presumptious. OK, it's you Dad, so it should be OK, but.......
Why not get him some cleaning gear? Autoglym do a couple of bike cleaning kits.... £25 and £40 ish as far as I can recall.
And if there is something he's mentioned, maybe we can point you in the direction?

Bilbo, if it were me I'd be happy with a gift voucher from my local BMW dealership... I could spend it on what I wanted then

Haynes Manual or Mainenance DVD (marcparnes.com)
Gloves BMW/Hein Gerike (summer ones are a good idea if he hasn't got any as it gets too bloody hot!)
Heated clothing Chilli/Gerbing.
The problems is, nothing is cheap!
