Hi,

Pls does anyone know where I can source new lock barrels for H&B pannier-to-frame locks?

The only option I have found so far includes the entire catch (which I don't need) at about £66 per pair.

I'll try Motobins tomorrow, but does anyone have any other ideas?

I know it's rude to answer your own questions....

...but in the interests of the knowledge archive:

Motobins were fantastic.

Rather than simply being able to provide the latch complete with lock, they can sell the individual lock barrels (which are quite easy to remove and replace).

£5 plus VAT each.

What's even better news, is that (as I realised that I needed to change ALL 6 of my locks) they can provide 6 locks, keyed alike.

Job done, great service, decent price.
