Hi, from sunny West Wales!!

Hi, been looking at the site for a bit thought i`d say hello.
I`ve been thinking of buying a GS for ages and ages. Currently on an 07 Yamaha XT660X only worried as i`m 5`7 (midget b4 anyone else says it!) Any other shorties out there? I`ll also be using it in all weathers for commuting so any advise would be appricated.

It was only a couple of days ago i asked the question if a 1200 GS was really suitable for me being 5`7". The answer is oh yes...........
I took my XT660X today for it`s second service at just under 4000 miles. I decieded to wait and have a cuppa. While sitting outside thinking, "i`ll have to get a test drive on a GS one day" an 06 1200GS rode into the carpark. I could`nt belive it!! Anyway, had a chat with the guy who was the same height and build as me. Loads of info even let me try it out. Top bloke. My minds made up, and now the really hard work starts looking for a mintter!!
