I have had an 1150 Adventure and last year took the plunge to the HP2 which I love to bits. I ride in all weather and unfortunately took a small but painful spill last week and only got out of hospital on Friday, after a week in morpheine oblivion!

I also ride a Harley V Rod and a Ducati 999R Xerox so I think I tick most of the boxes!

In addition to buying you all a beer, I am looking for some bits to re-fettle the HP2, in particular would love to hear from anyone with a standard rear pipe that they may have removed to upgrade.

Now that I am here I will try and make some of the meets. Look forward to meeting some of you.

Welcome and mine is tea cos I am still avoiding red wine (Sunday morning resolution) Sounds like you are on the mend as well.

I am also looking to play with with my HP2 and have a couple of things in mind so I guess you need to come over to the HP2 part of the forum and we can compare notes.

nice work on the hp2, top bike that can do a lot. (janie u have a nice ass) Now where were we, Man consider replacing the system with a staintune or remus or something, the difference is remarkable, get some crash bars,bark busters and if u go nuts some ohlins on the back and get the forks done so they work........then u will see how this thing jumps turns and gives u a smile.
Safe riding.......More chicks should ride bikes(with nice ass's)

I,ve paid my dues! Got the wee logo too!

When I left the bike I ended up in the air and came back to earth pretty hard.

Bruised hip, 2 broken ribs, chipped hand, soft tissue damage and then a blood clot somewhere. The latter had me re-admitted for 6 days. Not good.
Feeling / healing well and apart from stopping taking my strong painkillers to stop me hallucinating I am well on the road to recovery.

An HP2 day out sounds like a good idea. Well up for that.

guys how about organising a hp2 get together in some remote location where a bunch of hp2 owners can ride to, ie india.... africa.....im down under but will travel.
