Just added an additional LED tail light to my PD to help protect my rear end. Lots of 4wds & SUVs over here and in close proximity the tail light is invisible to their drivers.
Mounted the light on to my Ventura bag with Velcro and have the option of mounting to the bag rack when the bag is off.
Wiring is into the tail light (a Techno LED insert) through the existing grommet and connected via piggy back spade connectors.
The light is a DRC Moto LED Ultra Bright Flexible Tail Light.
Not a rocket surgery mod but may be of interest to some.
Please note that on a R100GSPD the brake only advises others that you have a brake light, not necessarily the capacity to brake
