Has there been a change in the law in France to say hi-vis jackets to be worn and is that rider and pillion?

There are plenty of objections around and petitions so hopefully it will not happen

If you are in the car they did change the law in October 2009, I think it was, and you have to carry a hi-viz at all times for use in a breakdown or emergency.

You do not need HI-VIZ jackets on motorcycles. If it becomes law and not proposal it will be posted on here I'm sure.

Thanks for all the replies I wasnt sure, I know when we go down in the motorhome we have to have them
