Well after my first set of canbus safe lights arrived, 3 of the 4 worked

So I ended up sending them back and getting two kits from HiD's Direct. They offer a canbus terminator kit which is gauranteed to work and I'm pleased to say that they all did just fine :thumb2

They are now supplying these kit to one of the Adventure bike companies so I had total confidence in buying these. It's another avenue for your consideration and there are many to choose from now :thumb Cost was £62.99 per kit which is two bulbs, ballasts etc so I ordered a H7 & a H11 Kit for the additional lights.

It took quite a while to work where best to mount the ballasts etc but I ended up mounting two in the cut out part of the tank on the offside and two under the beak.

And here are some pictures of my day having fun :D

Beak mounted ballasts....

These are the other two ballasts clamped in position using metal bracing and the threaded holes provided :)

I'll have a look :thumb2 it was keeping the capacitors out of the way and I couldn't see a way of doing it neatly with all 4 under the beak. I might change it ;)

Cheers mate :beerjug: there were many "staring" moments where I just didn't know where it was all going to go
