High Beach tea hut?

Does anyone know if this place is still there? I haven't been for about 10years!!!! So was thinking of a little bimble down there tomorrow afternoon. If it's still there does anyone want to meet up for a brew? I'll be leaving Braintree area around 12ish!

Anyway me and my mate ended up going to Burnham for a little ride and some tea and cake! Instead of High Beach (will do that next time)


had a quick spin round the marina as one of our mates has a fishing boat there, it's the yellow one on the right!


there were a few bikes in the cafe, couple of Harleys, some cafe racers and a nice Moto Guzzi (sounded really nice) the road into Burnham is a peach, nice and dry and twisty, we also tried out our new Sena bluetooth comms, and they worked a treat good bit of kit although they say the range is 400 meters, its more like 200 line of sight!

Crikey haven't been there for a while. Burnham, or High Beach, actually. The tea hut was there when I worked for Hein Gericke last, around 5 years ago. I had to go there and give out free t-shirts, stickers, magazines etc.

Burnham Bends were horrifically surfaced last time I was round that way. Are they better now?
