Was down in Scotland for a few days sorting the peerie canal boat and popped over to Motorrad Central Edinbugh... Pissing with rain and on my XT660 and turned up approx 1600 with only one other customer in the shop. Sadly nil interest re intro or chat or hello etc.
Had a walk around a tried a helmet or two and no prices on accessories... only when prompted did sales speak and not too much of that either. Poor.
Similar but even more ignorant at a Yam dealer in Rosyth except for a very professional young sales lady.
The next day i popped back to a equipment specialist shop Fourth Gear in South Queensferry and they were excellent. Full marks to them!
I know there are plenty of fans of this dealer or that but as someone who put in some dealer time and has had lots of general shop time I expected a little more in the way of response. "Must try harder" I think
