it's a fucking CX, never meant to look like that , poor bike. 
when i quit despatching , i GAVE 4 away . ( in bits )
this is like eating in a fancy restaurant , the chef finds something dirt cheap , fucks around with it for 3 hours , pokes it on a plate , and charges you enough money ,that you could have spent on food for the rest of the week/month .

It looks like its from that short period a few years ago where folk were taking perfectly decent bikes (often old airheads), ripping them apart to create shonky looking cafe racers or stuff to ride once a year in the Distinguished Gentlemans Ride sort of stuff...most look terrible. (Kennys looks a whole load better than the one you've posted above...IMHO)
Didn't realize it was a competition... I just thought it was an interesting little special.
