1994 VFR 400 NC30. 25795 miles. For sale as part of a deceased estate.
Mostly original and un restored, this bike was imported by Thorne Superbikes in 2006 and bought by my friend in 2007.
I would describe it as in good original condition with original plastics and screen. It has been fitted with Tyga rear sets and a Harris exhaust for which it was dyno jetted.
Being 30 years old and un restored there are a few marks here and there but it is corrosion free and in very clean condition behind the plastics.
It's got a full MOT but wants a set of tyres as they are about on the limit and a few years old.
It sounds fantastic, the little V4 is an absolute gem and pulls from nothing all the way through to the redline in a very linear and smooth way. It's not at all peaky.
It's a lovely bike to ride on country lanes. It's compact and the chassis is sublime, it makes enough power to be able to feel like you are making full use of the motor without it coming on cam and scaring you shitless. It really flatters even a very average rider!

Oh my .. I REALLY miss mine .. wish I had never sold it (along with the other 10 bikes I should NEVER have sold) .. they really are a special bike for a warm dry sunday afternoon on the twisties and makes you realise you do not need massive HP or complexity .. they are also beautifully built. Someone is going to have some fun.

I had the later NC35, epic, epic ,epic...last bike I felt I was better than, good luck. If I get some numbers up on Friday I'll have it

Thanks for the comments guys. It really is a special little thing to ride. Snelly described the RC30 feeling 'uncrashable' in another thread and I think that sums it up very well. It just turns in so nicely and with no drama it gives so much confidence.
It's been sat in my garage for a year, I'd hoped to be able to keep it but it's not to be.
My thoughts when I rode it for the first time are here.....

Great bike, one of these was my first bike, when I built up the confidence I loved 15000rpm scream, brilliant, but those tiny carbs needed looking after. GLWS

My lad is gutted it's just over the A2 hp restrictions, he will have to wait until he's 21 next year and he can get his full A licence 🏍💨

... But then , there won't be half a dozen of these to pick from !!. Buy it , put it in stock and wait . (just an option , and not likely to be a money losing one)

These "grey" cc Honda's were some of the best bikes they built and NC30's will hold their price or appreciate especially as many of them were trashed at the time...
