This time next week we will be heading out on a 2 week trip around France, Switzerland, Italy, France, Andorra, Spain (to watch the MotoGP) France, Home.

Could anyone recommend a hotel in Andorra?

Andorra is a toilet - much better to look for somewhere in the French or Spanish parts of the Pyrenees e.g. Bagneres du Luchon :thumby:

Stayed at the Cerdanya Resort last week, excellent views, value for money, just South of Andorra near Martinet.

It's also on the N260, one of the best roads in Europe and we rode the whole 260km or so.

what was the weather like, going there in weeks:D

Was away for 8 days, 3 hours of rain total, 2 were this side of the tunnel on the way home.

Dry and sunny but 4 degrees!!!

Hopefully be warmer by the time you get there.

Awesome road, and I too was not impressed with Andorra, it is just a small city, and not a particularly pretty one at that.

I totally agree, stayed there twice, always perfect. Food is good, owner is a great guy, prices are cheaper then you'd expect. Only downside is they have no garage for the bikes, you have to park them outside at the back.

I like Andorra honnestly, Col d' Ordino is a great road, the road up to Arcalis is fun to ride, and coming over the mountain from Ax-les-Thermes is always cool.
Just don't bother going into the city of Andorra La Vella, it's crowded, traffic is at a standstil an there is truly nothing to see.

Grtz, Philip!
