How annoying is Mapsource?

Why can it not find addresses which clearly exist in its database.

I use 'find' "address' and put in the correct city, post code and house number, but the street name is not in the list - I go to the map and there it is

20 mins of frustration in MS, 10 secs to find it in Google Maps.

Often I find addresses by just typing in the first few letters, or the first word, then scrolling down the predictive list to find what I want.

Like you, I sometimes find typing in the whole address doesn't bring it up.

i have to agree that mapsource for the length of time it has been out is total shit... nothing is simple... they can't even give you the hand tool to grab and move your map when you press the space bar (like loads of other programs do)... you have to go click the hand and then click back to the tool you were using

By no means user friendly
