How can I put my "Favourites" in alphabetical order?

This ones got me stumped, but I know it can be done.

I am using Internet Explorer and now have quite a good selection of favourite websites, but they are all listed in the order they were added ie the last one added is the last one on the list. There is a way of putting this list in alphabetical order, but how?

Using Windows Explorer I have found the relevant folder in the directory and have rearranged them in alphabetical order, but the list still isn't alphabetical when I click on the favourites button. I have gone into "Organise Favourites" but it just gives me the option to put different website in different folders and doesn't give me an option to put things alphabetically. :nenau
 
I only know the slow labourious way which is click and hold the one you want to move and just move it up or down the list as required.
Takes a while to get it right though.
 
That could take me hours Hustler - and give me a headache. :D

There is definately a simple way of doing it, because a mate re-arranged all my work ones in about 20 seconds. In fact it was so fast, I didn't see how he did it. :o

Taff read the reply while at work. he locked up, put on all his bike gear, rode home 46.3miles (all the time repeating to himself "right click and select Sort by Name") .

Parked up the bike, took off his boots before entering the house (otherwise his missus will clout him), turned on the computer, logged on. Then right clicked and selected sort by name . . . .

Pretty fast in my book.
