How come?

How come wen i set spyware doctor on systems scan (free edition)
i always get a result of ..14 infections and two viruses?
every time its the same result?

ive scanned 4 times now...

Perhaps it's one which doesn't actually do anything but always finds something whether it's there or not in order to get you to buy the full version?
