how do i match panniers & ign. key

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT AN 1150GS AND I WANT TO MATCH THE PANNIERS I HAVE TO THE BIKE KEY ? CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE PANNIER LOCKS OR DIRECT ME TO A SITE THAT EXPLAINS ALL THANKS !

I have been trying to reset the locks on the panniers I bought from Dickie boy with a limited amount of success however as has been usual for me of late all is not perfect.
The original locks had 2 of each leaves (ie 2x no1, 2 x No2 and 2 x No3) however I recon the best match seems to be that I need 4 x No3 and 2 x No2 kleaving me with 2 spare No1's for eack lock.

The question is should there always be anequal mixture of the leaves and if not can I get more leaves from BMW. None of the 2 websites above mention that.

Once the barrels have been removed, take them to the local locksmith with the new key. Probably takes him about five minutes. Charged me a fiver mind!
