update

Just got the following back from Donegal motor taxation:

"I have checked with our Head Office and with our Archives Section and unfortunately this vehicle falls withing the 1923-51 gap years and we have no records of vehicles registered between these dates therefore I am unable to help you."

A couple of you are trying other avenues so much appreciated! :aidan
