How much should I ask for the GS ??

Just thrown a few hundred squid at my mates 97 funduro, (to get it into decent condition)and he wants to know how much he should put it up for sale for.(probably Ebay i suspect.)
Its in real good nick, all casings powdered,as were all bike parts(crash bars,swing arm etc).Fully serviced.Brand new chain/sprockets and rear tyre.20 k mileage.MOT from yesterday, with no rust at all.
How much should he ask ???????????????????????????????????????????

start at a grand. you will be lucky to go more than £1500 with all the painting and milage...

Thanks for that. (I never know wether its best to advertise that the bike has been "touched up" or not, but ta anyway)
