i think its a great story and a great App. Wait till some scumbag gets caught on a stolen macbook with doing his girlfriend/boyfriend or knocking one out

I think 'Hidden' is a Mac only software app. Somewhere else is mentioned 'Prey', which is suitable for PCs, but I think AVG Anti Virus doesn't like it. Not surprising really, as it is effectively SpyWare.
Anyone tried it?

Their Android antivirus touts the fact that it can locate your stolen/lost smartphone. You can power up the GPS remotely.
However - the reviews on Android Market say the AVG software is not that good (but it is still free).
Other tracking apps for Android are available; not loaded one (yet)
