how to post vids ?

is it possible to post vids on here ( only short 20 second things), i've got some good ones, as you can tell i don't know what the feck i'm doing, so simple instructions please---

Host it on your website then put the web link to it here - so simple even a spannerman/breaker could do it

looks like you can't .. can only attach gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg doc mps and axe files. Not unless you rename file extensions before you post them up and then it gets long winded. Post them up on Judge's site ...

Guess no-one wants to see your Dirty, Dirty Man vids here ...
