before i remove every piece of plastic and still getting nowhere can some nice person tell me how to get to the air filter on a gsa 08 i need to clean the k&n before it goes on the dyno....cheers

Remove R/H side tank panel, slide out the plastic filter cover. Remove filter.
Replacement is the reversal.

Easy 5 minute job...
Stand on right hand side of the bike.
Remove the 'side panel' held on with a couple of screws and push fit bungs. Note the screw lengths as they are different.
You'll uncover a plastic tube that goes to a box.
Where said tube joins the box there are clips above and below the tube.
Pull both clips out and remove them.
Pipe will now be loose on the box, waggle (Technical term
) it out of the way to reveal the filter that also requires said 'waggle' to get it out.
As they say in the Haynes manual..... refitting is the reverse.... including a waggle or two.
