Having a free afternoon, I headed for Tregaron ... this is the Elan Valley out of Rhayader

... ended up heading for Llandovery over the mountain roads, where I made the mistake of teaming up with a group of Sundays Only merchants on a selection of bikes ... within 5 miles I'd grown weary of their pedestrain-like progress, so I dropped off the end of the group and headed for the hills again.

I went to Holland to present on "Trends in Foodservice and QSR".


No effing bank holiday here!!!!

Put a Autocom bike to bike set-up on my GSA

and went for a spin on my fireblade

Got up late, had a sausage sarnie, fell asleep on the setee watching "Bedknobs and Broomsticks", woke up and looked at the rain out of the kitchen window, had a chinese take-away and took a picture of a nice cloud.

A busy day.

Off to the devils staircase then up to nant-ye-moch.

Well worth it.

Went up to the lakes with the wife for a party. 540 miles is a long way to go there and back for a headache and a serious emptying of the wallet. Good excuse to get the bike out tho'. Twas Bloody windy on the way back, I don't think we were upright for much of the journey??!!??

Spent most of the afternoon trying to make my ADV screen look like one in the picture. Just about got it right, then thought "just a bit more off there"....... slipped with the rotary file and added another two hours to the job polishing the scratches out.. BAST! Will try it in the morning on the way to work to see if i have got the "Tobinators sweet spot!!"
