Hi Everyone,

could someone who has fitted H&B Bars let me know how much width they add to the bike at the cylinder heads?

I was going to fit some of these soon, but the access around my house to the shed in the back garden is extremely tight, and involves some weird steering and leaning (and hopping on one leg!), and I reckon that the H&B bars would foul at some points. (Handlebar clearance down to 5mm in places, pot clearance down to a 50mm in others)

I was going to title this thread as:

"Will H&B Bars fit along my back-passage?"

but thought better of it!:D

Cheers

Steve

They are just narrower than the handlebars.

Here's the best pic I could manage, taken level with the beak so I guess handlebars and H&B bars can be compared.

Only thing is you can turn handlebars but not the H&B in your tight squeeze.

Steve:

You could always cut one-inch grooves in the gate posts at the right height for the bars.

:D
