There were a couple of threads in the last year I can't find, one was a tricked out HP2 with a pile of Wunderlich gear, the other was someone trying to sell their HP2 with some 'advice' being offered by fellow riders as to pricing...

Does anyone have a link to these, or have they been taken off?

Any advice on what sort of money to pay for a used or new HP2?

wait abit longer and the school bikes will coming up for renewal cheapest was just abit over 7K. out of the 6 or 8 I looked at but it was mashed. Vines had one in last time I needed free coffee.

I've just got a parcel full of wunderlich and acerbis stuff awaiting my collection will post pictures of the fitting if it's complex.

It was in the "for sale" section and the bike was sold or withdrawn from sale, so the thread got deleted like all other for sale threads

Oh stickers eh... I'll need a sticker on mine as part of the final race prep how would I get one ?

Wunderlich was kind enough to sponsor me nice sheet of A4 turned up this morning with stickers on it and a letter explaining that's was about the size of the sponsorhip budget for 2007. So I'll try em again in January see what they have kicking around then...

Any advice on what sort of money to pay for a used or new HP2?

For second hand - It seems that the majority are quite consistently going for between 7 and 8.5K with wear and farkles (in particular the SM wheels) deciding where it is in the range. Mileage doesn't really seem to have much of impact - probably because there aren't many with over 10k miles advertised. Even the very young ones (like only a few hundred miles) and being sold at a dealer, don't seem to be getting past 9k.

I would factor in either extending the warranty (£600?) or paying Dr Shox a visit (approx £400) to get the front forks fixed.

It is still for sale and just returned from the dealer after a service, new forks, new battery and some other bits and bobs.

This might be a bit too late to tag on, however I have a delivery mileage HP2 sat in my garage. it has the superMoto wheel set with it and has done about 15 miles in total, it was registered in November'07 on the IoM. if someone wanted to pay me a very sensible price it might be for sale. How much, well i know i may get a lot of advice but fairly obviously I do not want to give it away.

No used or new ones for sale down here, with only about 20/30 in the country the re-sale is always healthy. I was at the dealer the other day and he has 4 people looking to buy a used one.

Shipped mine here (not for sale), you cant avoid the godaam customs dudes.
You will have to pay 10% GST (vat for you folk), plus port fees, freight, import duty (another 25% unless your aus and owned for 12 months).
Forget it lugs, you cant import here and make your money back. Thats why resale value is good here.
