bought a HD battery for the 12GS from Knight Batteries - unfortunately they sent it via city"shitty" link -see thread on the subject - so unsurprisingly I didn't receive it.
With no fuss, no delay, no cost (to me) product re-sent via Royal Mail (can't be cheap for a bike battery) and I've now got it.
