Good, you must be giving value.
But do me the courtesy of defining your not for profit status. Rarely does it mean what Joe Public believes it to imply at first reading.
And if you are genuinely out not to make a profit( or income in excess of direct costs and overhead, which is not at all the same thing,as your personal salary/expenses and that of your colleagues could be included in either of those pots???)then why would you not be prepared to show your costs, overheads and(not for profit)margins.
After all you are essentially running a charity, and we should all be made aware of the fullness of your largesse. Or do I misread your words?
