Dutch,

Good, you must be giving value.

But do me the courtesy of defining your not for profit status. Rarely does it mean what Joe Public believes it to imply at first reading.
And if you are genuinely out not to make a profit( or income in excess of direct costs and overhead, which is not at all the same thing,as your personal salary/expenses and that of your colleagues could be included in either of those pots???)then why would you not be prepared to show your costs, overheads and(not for profit)margins.
After all you are essentially running a charity, and we should all be made aware of the fullness of your largesse. Or do I misread your words?

Out of courtesy.....

.....will you be asking the directors of BMW AG for a similar breakdown................?

In answer to your questions:

1) Our definition of 'non-profit making' is identical to that of HM Inland Revenue & HM Customs & Excise, details of which may be researched on their respective websites.

2) The two directors of Motorrad Concepts Limited do not/will not receive a salary.

3) As a limited company, Motorrad Concepts Limited will be filing accounts with Companies House soon after our financial year end on September 2005, after which our financial affairs will be a matter of public record.

4) Like any other business, we are under no obligation whatsoever to publicly divulge our costs, margins or other confidential operating information prior to the publication of audited accounts.

5) Motorrad Concepts Limited is not a registered charity and we have no intention of becoming one.

Cheers

Dutch
