I've been getting some buzzing on the intercom, so i spent a couple of hours tracing the buzzing sounds i've started to get to find the source. It looks like the isolator which i store behind the battery is the cause. Moving it around the bike, the battery and the engine management are the key areas which cause interference. Interestingly, it pick's up a lot of interference when horizontal (cables out left and right) and not much when vertical (top and bottom).

The only outstanding gripe is a buzz i get when transmitting bike-to-bike. Even with the PMR (Puxing 777) ~1m away from the motorcycle, it still happens. I've tried:
- powered and not powered by the bike with no difference.
- Tried high and low power
- Internal and external aerial

- i've not tried removing the kenwood cable, but that makes it pretty useless for the bike! :blast

It's getting to the point where i won't worry any more, but thought someone else may know how to remove the interference :nenau

Did you get a free vox headset with your puxing? If you did, you can try this in the puxing without it connected to your system - if it is the puxing, i would have thought you could hear it in this configuration.

ice.
