anyone fitted these,how much lower is the bike,does it affect stands and handling

fitted them last week. So far so good. Bike noticeably lower although not convinced that it's really 30mm. Handling really good - think that the non-linear spring works well. I used to have a NN sidestand extender fitted which I've taken off sidestand excellent now - better than as standard. Centre stand still works ok but it does seem a little more difficult to put the bike on it.
As far as fitting -- took about 8 hours end to end I've got lots of hints and advice should you want it,

what????? 8 hours, what were you using? takes 10 mins tops to change rear spring.

rear spring yes two bolts silencer off. Front spring is a completely different affair
