Tbh I don't know on this route. It's not one I have ridden so it's a bit of a recce for me. I know from speaking to Funners who lives in Knaresborough that some of it is VERY easy, but I can't vouch for it all.
I aim to leave PB about 10:00.

if your off up middlesmoor to scarhouse dam and dead mans hill you'll be ok on road tyres, theresa plenty of places to avoid the rougher routes.
Dead mans hill is one of me favourites, done it loads on the bike and land rover!! we did part of the mosaic trail on me road tyres, it skits about on shingle tracks but climbs owt you point it at!

we'll be starting out saturday morning heading for the lakes, can show you some routes from ripon to pateley bridge and leave you there.

I can't take a bigger screen shot. It's all worked out from Trailwise tho so shouldn't be an major problems.
