Hi to all ,
Joined here as I'm looking to buy a 1150gs adv and thought you guys would have some 'real' as opposed to 'sales' advice and opinions.

Only into dirt bikes until now and taking over 230kgs off-road I thought was a joke . . . . . . .but then I saw the experts on ' long way . . . . .out ' so I know it can be done .

Will probably lurk for a while as most of the obvious seems to be well covered but if I ask anything stupid ,sorry but thanks in advance.

welcome. taking the 1150 off road is just a matter of confidence. And that should come easier now that spares are cheaper. Just remember, dings in the tank etc. are all part of the character
