I believe their is a way out of it. I was told that where a mobile camera was situated it must be an an "accident blackspot". Ask the police for a list of the accidents in that sight

It won't get anyone off anything...and they have some really really bent rules in that as well......the 'accident blackspot ' only has to be within a silly ditance of the site, and NOT EVEN ON THE SAME ROAD!!
