What he said ^ plus it doesn't ming something bad after wearing for half an hour like all the polyester gear does. Er, or is that just me?

Great stuff and as said you can wear it (for days) and it doesn't smell - perfect for long trips when you don't want to carry much stuff.

I have three tops, long and short sleeved and in different weights. I mix and match them depending on the weather so yesterday I had all three on (still thinner than a jumper) in just above freezing temps in the Peaks and was toasty warm and in summer just the light weight one which keeps me cool - wish I'd discovered this stuff years ago!

Oh, and merino wool socks are the biz too.

It's said by some that Chocolate Fish garments are better than Icebreaker ones, these days. I'm told that Icebreaker production has moved from New Zealand to China and Chocolate Fish was set up by ex employees of Icebreaker.

I confess that I've only ever bought Icebreaker though. My favourite items are a couple of 200 weight long sleeve tops that I bought in a sale in the Icebreaker Store in Portland, Oregon, in 2008 for the $ equivalent of 8 quid each. :D
