Iceland a video ride report

I am a fire fighter by profession but I do have a serious interest in film production.

So, what are you using for the Video? It looked like a DSLR is some of the shots, but you also had a semi underwater shot, so I am thinking you were using more than one camera (GoPro Hero?)

Also, what software do you use for Video Editing?

Thanks

Chris had a Canon 5d, I used a Panasonic HDC sd 100, (old camcorder, may find on ebay now) and a Go Pro and Pal had a Go pro. Edit in Final Cut, mac software.

Thanks. That must have made editing the video interesting with multiple camera feeds!

Importing footage

You are right, the footage needs to be converted to Pro Res which is an editing friendly format, then imported to Final Cut, its just an import process so biggy.
