Although my end can has a Remus sticker on it I doubt that it is:nenau All Remus pipes for a r1150gs that I've seen are oval, whereas mine is round. Can anyone identify what I have?

Two (dirty) photos to illustrate below.

The tube is at the ends connected with blind rivets. They keep breaking and the holes in the soft aluminium can are getting wider. I am replacing it with a titanium Remus revolution (and y-piece)! :)

Cheers.

Remus have made round exhausts in the past and still do today for BMWs yours could be an older one maybe originally fitted to an 1100.

However the current line up includes some that are called 'sport' and are aluminium and round and produced for the 1150

Seems odd to take an exhaust and put a remus sticker on it. why bother?

hi ,if you are replacing it does it matter?:augie:)
looks the same shape as a LASER exhaust i had fitted to my r1100rs.
i think that had the rivets at both ends.

No idea what the pipe is but it is great to see a photo of a dirty GS.:thumb

:nenau some people like brands? Some even stick them on their panniers. It reads 'Remus Racing'.

It doesn't, but some things are just 'nice to know'. As in 'I replaced my X can with a Remus revolution and wow what a difference/don't notice anything/etc...' :rob

Thanks for the input.
