hi,

i have had this a few years and its meant to be a filter to take out the humm when powering the autocom and gps from the same supply.

its got a,b and c inputs/outputs previous owner had written "phone" and "gps" on C and A.

i found it only provided mono and not stereo.

any ideas?

Ajhhhh! I even looked at that, can't see the wood for the trees. I'll give it another go but still wondering why it's only giving mono output.

1 end plugs into autocom, two further leads plug into Zumo 660 wiring harness. Mine was for using phone but never used it,dont want any phone calls when i am riding. Cuts interference. I think its connected to pole 4 on my pro avi.

Hope this helps.

It may well be a part 1282 - a twin isolated mixer.

Socket A is the input for a the navigation instructions from a mono or stereo GPS (cannot be used for phone calls) and socket B is for a mobile phone.

Socket C connects into the Autocom unit.

Regards,

John
