Identify this sump guard

I bought this sump guard on the understanding it fitted my F650GS twin. When the bike was due a service, I gave it the mechanic to fit it as it'd be easier on a bench. But he said the holes didn't line up (18 inches in length).
I've no idea what the TT mean, it's not Touratech. Haven't found anything similar on the web. But the quality is good
I'm selling the GS so no need for this at all now. But what's it for?

Made by company called Twalcom. Adventure Bike warehouse http://www.adventurebikewarehouse.com/ used to be the UK dealers but think they have dropped the franchise. best do a Google search. have some Twalcom bits on our bikes, not to bad.
