Following yesterday's short horror of a ride from carlisle to Glasgow, due to the wind. Today was amazing.. Glasgow to Inverness via Oban, Fort William and many unknown points in between. All of it sunny and beautiful. Took me ages as I had to stop every 10 minutes to gawp at the scenery. Well worth the long motorway slog to get here.

Good stuff enjoy the rest of your visit :thumb2....north west coast is stunning, go up that far!

Currently on Harris (in the rain) a nice cozy cottage with family and a wee dram (did I say that right?) in hand. Here for a few days, then either back to the main land, via Ullapool and then up north and round about for a day or two, or a couple of days island hopping......

Wish I was there right now ... but hopefully later this year ... :beerjug:

Carlsberg "Probably the best lager in the world"

Scotland "Definitely the best bike riding in the world" :flag

Have a great trip :thumb
