Guys if you want bad workmanship and lies over the phone and a constant run of problems that even ended up that the manufacturer of the bike wrote and emailed me to apologise and sent me a £150 quid gift and sorry letter, then buy a brand new Tiger from a shop in rochdale lancashire (name witheld deliberately so i dont end up in court...although im telling the truth and can prove it so i can win in court too)the bike constantly overheated in any sort of traffic and was a nightmare for the first few months of ownership they had it almost as much as i did they ended up sacking the mechanic involved with my bike so i can hand on heart say that i will never so much as buy a spark plug from that shop ever again

Very interesting.........Had a similer problem with a dealer in Leeds. The manufacturer ( they make three cylinder bikes in Hinkley ) got involved, and supported my argument entirely, even giving me some free accessories. The dealer is still a main dealer for the manufacturer, and the same sales/ technical staff, are still employed.

Great 'bike, supportive manufacture, but " Grade A " useless dealers.

I suppose it's comforting to know that the manufacture takes interest and acts fairly when you have a dispute with the dealer though

If you want a good dealer Woods of Abergele is the best. NON Beemer but plenty of coffee and friendly chat .No sales pitch just a genuine guy
