Decided after much deliberation that i'm going to buy new rather than neally new. After all, it will be all shiney and new and the latest model. Just going for the GSA with fogs, chrome exhaust, heated grips, computer. Want some of the bmw panniers and top box also but don't know whether to buy these new or find some second hand at a good price.
Been to Mill and spoke to Steve Brown, seems a canny lad but he's atill not budging on discount, so will making some phone calls at the weekend and see if anybody is gong to do some deal of some description, any recommendations???

Scrap that idea, been to mill, they sorted out a deal of some description but just phoned a dealer down south and got an extra £270 knocked off mills price.

I walked out the showroom on saturday for £72, they wouldn't do the deal for £72 knocked off the deal, just phoned a dealers in Gloucester and got knocked off another £272 on mill. I'm sure a train will be £40 and the ride back will be priceless (and run in too)

They have now backed out of the deal, saying thwy will throw in panniers instead. And they haven't got the colour i want either.
They're supposed to be phoning me today to see if they can still do my deal, somehow i'm not expecting that call

it already sold, seen it before.

The dealer has got back to me today and said i could have the bike for £11,600 without the alarm, rather than the £11,600 with the alarm. So in fair they have squelched out of the deal for £150.
But it is the best deal by far, and they have it in stock for immediately delivery so will probably go for the deal and get it registered on a 08 plate for the first of march. Plus it will give me time to save up for some goodies-boxes, zumo, starcom etc.
Just think of the money it will cost me

thought you may have bean a little more cross being let down,when that dealer backed out of your DEAL.
