anyone know how to open a route generated on later unit software ie zumo etc and load it on to a 2610?
It displays this on the pc
"the file cannot be read because it uses a subsequent version,this program can read MPS files as well as GDB files version 2 and below" , is there a covertor or summat?

Update Mapsource on your PC to the current version, this will open the file and should still speak to your 2610. Or maybe there's a reason you don't want to do that

Try ITN Converter, this will open your GDB file, save it as a GPX file which should then open in your older Mapsource. However, there will be a large number of waypoints in your route that will make it pretty unworkable. Personally I would be updating Mapsource which is free anyway.
