bottom line = €45 to a Tosser.
bit faded, but in very good nick and dry cleaned.

Blunt answer;
it certainly was before i got it drycleaned.
However, i dont know what effect that would have on it.
I've worn it once since then, when training - out for a few hours in stop, start traffic. It was showery / i remained completely dry.

So, probably is the best answer i can give.

i reckon it could be 'Nikwaxed' - i cant wear it now as the motoX armour i always wear makes it too tight a fit on the arms so i've not bothered.
