Image inserts with signature

Ok computer boffins...I have read the various threads about how to insert an image into my signature text but I can't get it to work. I have also read the notes on VB codes but I guess I must be thick .... I have a pic on my C:drive - does it have to be a URL before I can make it work ?

This is the pic I want to insert.....but how ?

OK, now I've worked it out!

Yes the image needs to be located on the web somewhere with its own URL. Some people seem to have them located on this site in a /sig folder somewhere - email PaulG if that is what you need to do, otherwise, post it on your own web space.

Then, in "user cp"/"Edit Profile", add the full URL (inluding the http:// bit) between '

' and hey presto!
